We spent a month in this beautiful, unique home on a perfect plot of land
for the energetic kayaking, biking and swimming in the heated pool. Each day we also had creative culinary time in the well-equipped kitchen and savored the meals around the large round table rocking in the chairs and viewing the pond and ocean beyond from the windows everywhere. The home had lots of rooms for our visiting family and lots of cozy nooks for reading but our favorite place was the crows nest above it all where we took the elevator up each day to watch the natural world unfold before us. Jon and Stacey were very attentive to us with communication and helpful that they had a group of people who they employ nearby the home so everything ran smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave."

"We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation at “the house on Georgica Pond”.
A unique and energizing location with a home that opens up the soul and vision of Tina Fredericks who built the home after owning the property for decades. Serene, sublime and private, the house affords its guests special places to curl up and enjoy the moment. Also, we loved out daily paddle board rides around the stunning Pond and onto the Hampton beaches; none better in the world.
After your beach run, surfing or boogie boarding adventure, you can relax in the amazing pool area surrounded by a sensual and beautiful garden. It is as special as any swimming pool setting we have enjoyed in all of our travels around the world.
And when it is time to eat, grill the best seafood available or bring home a lobster clam bake from the seafood shop which is only 5 minutes away. Dinner on the outdoor patio is a perfect end to a wonderful day, over and over at this amazing home. Our hosts, Jon and Stacey, were attentive, thorough and considerate. We can’t wait to return!!"

“Incredible location and an architectural gem. Family is incredibly generous to make the home available. It could do with some freshening up - towels, sheets, pillows, etc. especially for the price."

Note: We agreed with Jeffrey. And have all new sets of towels, sheets and pillows now!
“Stacey's place is located in a beautiful secluded area in East Hampton overlooking the ocean. It was just a quick 5 minute drive from the train station- super convenient!! Stacey was very responsive and clear in her communications. We chose this house because the pictures looked incredible but nothing even compares to being there in real life. This house is truly special, offering a private and beautifully decorate home-away- from- home. The house was sparkling clean, comfy beds, well stocked, fresh towels, huge kitchen! Not only is the inside of the house stunning, comfortable and large the property alone will make your jaw drop. There was a huge pool (which was so inviting I almost jumped in despite the weather being freezing!), a Zen flower garden, a palatial bamboo forest, and kayaks to boat to the beach. I am definitely going to have to book this again in the summer!"

"This house was a dream. Despite having spent the past forty summers in East Hampton, this was like entering a different world. Staring out across Georgica to the breaking surf, secluded in a home where every nook and finish was thought tastefully through, it was as enjoyable on a rainy day as on a sunny one, with great books and puzzles to choose from. Our small children loved the animals they came across, especially the myriad turtles, and we loved the lush gardens around the pool, and still talk about the house months later. Finally, our hosts were extremely pleasant to work with – helping us to organize in advance (grocery deliveries), respond and organize repairs while we were there (fire alarm was chirping), and in arranging the cleaning.
We hope we have the chance to go back!
